HRAA has recently announced the addition of two new independent members to the Board of Directors. The two, Peter Russo and Michael Brainard, will join the board immediately. The new appointments expand the number of HRAA directors from two members to four.
Mr. Russo has most recently served as the CFO and Treasurer of magicJack VocalTec Ltd. from July 2010 until May of 2013. He, along with his wife, is the co-founder of the bracelet retailer FriendlyBands LLC. Mr. Brainard has over 15 years of experience as a management consultant, senior executive, executive coach, manager and more.
